Order Cancellation Before Production
You can cancel your order at any time before production begins and receive a full 100% refund.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
If we fail to deliver your order by the agreed-upon date, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
Exceptions:
- Delayed Design Approval:If you approve the design later than expected, causing a delay in production, we are unable to provide a refund.
- Address Changes:If you request a change to your shipping address after your order has already been dispatched, and this results in a delay, we cannot offer a refund.
- Delay Caused by You:If you fail to pick up the package on time or delay the collection for any reason, we cannot offer a refund.
- Third-Party or Force Majeure Events:Events arising from third-party actions or force majeure circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
PARTIAL REFUND
- 1. Order Cancellation During Production:Although we sincerely hope this situation does not occur if you wish to cancel your order while it is still in production, we will issue a partial refund.
- 2. Defective Products:If any of the products you received have quality issues, we will either refund the cost of the defective items or provide a replacement at no extra charge.
- 3. Third-Party Delivery Issues:If the delay or failure to deliver your order is caused by a third-party company (e.g., FedEx, DHL, etc.) and they do not meet the promised delivery time, a partial refund will be issued in accordance with the circumstances.
RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with a clear description of the issue. Once we hear from you, our team will provide step-by-step instructions on how to resolve the matter.
